Having personally experienced the new birth (John 3:5-8) through faith in Jesus Christ and His redemptive work, and having considered favorable the doctrine and practices of New Creation Church, and being in agreement with them; I hereby apply for official church membership. This means that I agree to be governed by the expectations outlined in New Creation Church’s Membership Course which include attending New Creation Church’s services regularly and supporting New Creation Church through faithful tithing and giving. I also understand that if for any reason I depart from, or change my doctrinal beliefs, I shall consider it just, to automatically be released from membership at New Creation Church.
